If you are having driver update issues with SA (Support Assist) and DUA (Dell Update Application), you can use this workaround =
* Go here and enter the private Service Tag * Click the blue Search button * Click Drivers & Downloads * Under the blue button "Check for Updates", click Find drivers * Change the Operating System to match your operating system * Toggle to on, "Show downloads for only THIS PC"
@klausrauter CAB files are not meant to be used for individual system setups. They are essentially zip files that contain raw driver packages for all hardware in a system, without any installers to make life easier, because they are meant to be extracted and their contents loaded into the driver library of an enterprise system deployment solution like Microsoft SCCM/MECM, which would then be used by corporate IT to image systems. Having the drivers from that CAB file loaded into that solution's driver library allows that solution to push the necessary drivers to systems during imaging. Dell Support should not have recommended that route to you.
In terms of workarounds, Dell Update has two different "tracks". There's a legacy Win32 release that is billed as supporting Win8 and Win10, and a "UWP" version that uses a newer application architecture that is only supported on Win10. Dell has been maintaining both, but if you're still on Win32, try using the UWP version instead. To do that, uninstall your existing release, then go to the Dell Update download page here and make sure you get the UWP version. That may work for you.
Otherwise, you'd be better off just downloading each individual driver from the Dell Support page, although I realize that would be rather tedious. But setting up devices from a CAB file would be no picnic either.

Dear all
Thank you for your effort to help and support.
This issue has been resolved through a DELL remote control session.
