Hello 

My camera has stopped working, and despite all the steps I have followed to update drivers, the problem persists. Today, the audio is also not working. It works when I use wireless earphones but not when I try to play music on the computer when the earphones are disconnected. 

I contacted Microsoft and one of their team assisted me, windows and drivers were installed again, computer restarted, yet the problem persists 

Please let me know what I should do
