Charging indicator light
Recently bought a xps 13 2-in-1 7390 with an i7-1065G7 which long story short was defect and I therefore got sent a xps 13 2-in-1 9310 with an i7-1165G7. Now I have some questions about a wierd thing with the battery indicator light (the one on the front under the trackpad.
On the 7390 the battery light showed how much charge the computer had when it was charging. The light was like a battery bar that only lit up half (left half) if the battery was 50% and charging and so on.
The new computer (9310) just fully lights up no matter the battery percentage. My first impression was that it was faulty but when I contacted the technical support they said that the light is just fully on/off and what I experienced about my 7390 wasn't actually a feature, which sounds wierd considering how nice it was.
My question is therefore: Is this a feature and is my new computer faulty, was it a feature that has been removed in the latest version, or was it just my first computer that was wierd (in a good way)?
Does anyone know if their computer has this battery light percentage feature?
