Dell 9570 - shadow image everywhere, even in BIOS

Hello,

there is the shadow image (bottom menu of Windows 10) that is showing up everywhere, even during boot up or in BIOS or if I try to re-install windows. Everything else works ok and I'm typing this message from that laptop.

It started after drivers update on Jan 24th.

See the attached images, including what were the updates.

I tried the following:

• drivers reinstall
• windows update
• System Restore
• BIOS reset
• BIOS revert, re-flash 
• windows re-install
• boot up from Ubuntu USB drive
• LCD BIST test

In all cases shadow image (menu) is present and blinking.

Anything else to try before sending for repair?
