Dell Command Power Manager issues

I have been trying to set-up Peak Shift to work but have found a problem.

This is Tuesday and you can see from my Peak Shift settings screenshot that my laptop should run on Battery Power Only from 9.00am until midnight 00:00.

However, you'll see in the Power Manager Status screenshot that it is running Normal power/charge operation.

In the Windows Battery status screenshot you can see that it is running on battery.

I actually want it to run on AC power from 9.00 to 15.00 and then run on battery until 23.00 and once the battery is fully charged, to run on power without charging the battery but can't get that to set-up.

So does anyone have any suggestions/solutions to fix this as it obviously isn't working correctly.

Thanks.

Even though I have 20% set as "Restore AC power if avaiable system charge falls below", the AC power was not restored and the battery would have continued to decrease if I had not changed the settings to allo the battery to charge.

I am beginning to wonder if this software actually works correctly at all !!!

I discovered through testing that the AC power was restored.

I thought when it was restored that the battery would be charged but it appears that the AC power runs the laptop and the batttery is not charged until the Resume normal power / charge operation starts and this was later, so that explains it.

I think the quality of the information on how Power Manager works is very poor and could explain things a lot clearer.
