Dell Command Update Won't Open

Question

Anyone have this issue? I have an XPS 13. If I try to run Dell Command Update, the blue screen with the logo loads for a few minutes. Then it disappears, and that's it. No error. No screen to check with updates. No trace of it in task manager. It's just gone.

I went into Remove Programs and removed it, rebooted and reinstalled v4.3, but it does exactly the same thing.

Any ideas how to make it finish loading?

The same issue is happening for me too. I don't know any other place to get my Service Tag number. Maybe someone from Dell will tell us or look at this being a systemic issue for XPS 13

I'm having the exactly same issue with an XPS 17 9700 here in 2023. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling also.
