I have Win 10 Enterprise. Previously I learnt that Enterprise edition have this type of problem.

If I omit the message (do not press OK), I can pair my Android phone to DMC. However, if I press OK on the warning meassage DMC stops.

How can we solve this problem?

I received the following answer: "Hi Nono56, thank you for reaching out in relation to the DMC issue. Please note, DMC has not been tested on Windows 10 Enterprise and hence our support does not cover any issues arising from the use of non-OEM OS. You may continue to interact with the community on this."

Hello,

I was also running Win 10 Ent and after speaking with Dell support they informed me it is not compatible. I downgraded to Win 10 Pro and it started working. Not the ideal Solution

Perhaps someone has a registry setting to get around this issue like with DMC 3.3

Thanks

Win 10 Ent is not supported by Design.

I had a long fight with technical support and they informed I can deploy an older version of DMC in my company's customized image but can't have the latest version 4.0

I have the same problem with v3.3 of DMC.  It seems like such a silly trivial error message, why do they write software like this that would behave this way?   What are the steps to add this registry key, as I don't see a pre-existing Screenovate Registry Key in the location specified in your post.   Any help you can provide is very much appreciated.

Open command prompt as admin ,replace keyword in second command by your model

i.e. DELL_XPS

Dell_Inspiron

Dell_Alienware

REG ADD "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Store" /v OEMID /f /t REG_SZ /d DELL

REG ADD "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Store" /v StoreContentModifier /f /t REG_SZ /d "DELL_XPS"

XPS_Man, you really are the XPS_Man!  Those two keys worked like a charm.  Installed them, rebooted, installed v3.3 of DMC after installing the new v3.3 Drivers and it runs better than I had it working before last year.  Thanks for the help!
