Dell Dock WD15 Firmware Update 1.0.9 Issue

I downloaded Dell Dock WD15/ Dock with Monitor Stand DS1000 Firmware Update Utility, Version 1.0.9, File Name DellDockingStationFwUp_1.0.9_WD15_20210716.exe, Release Date 30 Jul 2021 from the Dell Support for Dell Dock WD15 Drivers & Downloads website.

However when I ran the exe file, it showed that the update is for Version 1.0.8, which I currently have on my dock, as you can see from the screenshot below.

So it appears that even though the link says that the update is for 1.0.9, the data in the exe when it's downloaded is actually for 1.0.8.

Can someone at Dell look into this and fix this issue ASAP.
