Dell G15 Latency Issues when using DJ Software

Sorry If this is in the wrong Location! By all means admin move it is need be , I couldn't find a location for G series

My laptop is a Dell g15 i5 16gb ram, 4gb dedicated nvidia graphics, the laptop is only a few months old. I was under the impression this would handle virtual dj easily and it pretty much does but every now and then I get random distortion.. this is with or without my controller. Without it just this morning it done it when I hit sync, as the songs were syncing it distorted. Just a second but that will be noticed when loud.

I don't use sync when using my controller but the distortion still happens randomly.

Ive uninstalled all dell software, windows is updated. Bios updated

I believe this may be a latency issue but I'm at a loss to how to fix it?
