Dell L321x - Lost BIOS Admin Password - Send Help?

Hello!

I've made the mortal sysadmin sin of forgetting the admin password to my ancient and much loved Dell XPS 13 - OG Edition.

I'm NOT receiving any version of a "unlock code" when I attempt to login - merely a repeat and repeat of the prompt.

I am the official registered original owner...  Is there a Dell representative present who can PM/Friend me to assist?

I've attempted the BIOS battery pull - which I didn't have much hope in - but was a good excuse to clean the board.
