Dell Startup screen
Hi,
I'm having an issue with a Dell laptop. If I try to start it up by just pushing the start button it keeps showing the Dell logo, but when I startup and press Esc it will startup normally.
Anybody who has a solution?

Please list Dell model number and version of windows. Ex: Dell XPS 9530, windows 10
If you don't know, click on the link below, the Dell utility should identify your Dell model number in right side of the screen.

In meantime, run Dell Diagnostic tool to check the Hard drive and Hardware within the computer. You could do this by following steps in link below:

Since you have posted this in XPS forum, assuming you have an XPS
Start by disabling
Fast startup.
Resetting BIOS to default

The model of the laptop is XPS 13 9333
