DELL SUPPORT PORTAL USERS

Hello,

I am retiring from my company and want to add two new tech support guys to the support account. 

Can this be done ? If not, another alternative is to share the account with them.

The MFA is attached to my email address at work and I would like to change it to a shared mailbox but that option means everything will be removed from the account. Is there a way to work around this ?
