First hunch with those myriad of problems, replace the CMOS battery (coin cell). But before you install the new battery, leave the battery out of the system for 15 minutes (Intel recommends 30).
Now you could also have corrupt Windows files, so download the Windows 10 media creation tool and when you boot from the USB select repair.
Thank you, I'll try the CMOS battery - Do you happen to know the size? I dont think it's the windows installation, I've tryed reinstalling multiple times.
