Dell XPS 13 9370 - Problem

I've recently run into a issue with my Dell XPS 9370. Last week it feel asleep, and when I went to use it again It was only giving me a black screen. Now the computer remains with all keys with backlight on, red facial recognition lights on, as well as light below track pad flashing white/yellow.

I sent it back to Dell last week. And got it back yesterday after it appears they factory reset my computer as all files were erased. Using it today, the computer has once again gone back to the problematic state it was in.

Anybody experiencing anything like this before? This computers been nothing but a disappointment for me. I've gone from the audio render issue, to not being able to do updates to now this. Honestly just want to get rid of this thing, but it burned $1400 out of my pocket and I've had it less then a year.
