Dell XPS 13'' doesn't turn on
It's a joke, the laptop is less than 1 month old, and was provided by my employer.
When the battery runs out, you wont be able to turn it on, I have to sit there, and for it to decide to do it! I just spent like 10 minutes just sitting there, knowing I have a meeting, but nope, I have to wait untill the laptop decides i can use it
And don't tell me to go fix my battery, the laptop is literally out of the box

Unplug the system, remove the base cover and disconnect the battery from the system board. Hold the power button for 30 sec.
Reconnect the battery, replace the base cover and see if it'll power up. It if still won't, call Dell to have the system repaired or replaced under warranty.
