Dell XPS 13 Touchscreen Stooped Working, (problems with wacom driver)

Question

I'm having a problem with the touchscreen on my XPS 13, I've already tried following this procedure ( link ), but it seems that the Wacom driver reinstalls itself, how to fix it?

I had the same issue come up today on my Dell 13 9300. My touchscreen just stopped working today. I did the disable/uninstall and reboot suggestion and this didn't correct the issue.

Wacom driver 7.7.2.53

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

STATUS_DEVICE_DATA_ERROR

Any ideas on steps to correct?
