Dell XPS 15 9570 battery
XPS 15 9570
HI me need help i bought battery 4GVGH and laptop output "does not support that battery" voltage correct size correct but not accept charging.
Why?
How fix it, me need battery now and not original battery for that laptop?
How disabled assistant check?
warranty expired, the original battery is swollen not an option to put it back
Help me please, and Very Thank every idea how fix it

You can get a genuine Dell battery for that model from Dell or from Parts-People. I provided links to the pages for batteries for your laptop. Enter your service tag there to ensure you get the right size battery, as there was more than one depending on how your laptop was configured.

Shipping not available in my country and in "Parts & Upgrades" not available battery in me country.
