Dell XPS 15 9570 shutdowns when moving
Hi all, I bought a brand new XPS 15 with i9 processor a few days ago. Since first day laptop turned itself off when i was trying to move it or pressed on cover. Can you give me any adivce about that? I tried to update all drivers, i run all Dell possible tests without any information that something is wrong. There is only kernel-power log in Event Viewer, no BSOD or anything.. it just shuts down like turned off from electricity. I can watch movies or leave laptop up running for hours but when i move it or press (especially on the left side around shift key) it shut downs.. Is there any fix? Or should i just throw it to the bin and never buy dell again? Best regards

You have a one year warranty and 30 days to return a brand new computer that you bought from Dell. Contact Support and let them help you.

It could be the power connector. I suggest to remove the backplate and check it
