Dell XPS 9550 Errors and windows not booting.

Hi,

I can't boot my windows ( After the Dell logo it's just a black screen and I get this issue where my video fan doesn't work properly. 

When I ran diagnostics I got two errors. 

Error 2000-0511 - Video fan doesn't respond properly.

Error 2000-0145 - Hard drive self test did not complete.

I have an internal SSD. Do I have to replace it?
