Dell XPS - Connection the GPU1 lost? Normal?

I just want to make sure this is normal. This message shows up in the MSI Afterburner graph over and over. It constantly connects and disconnects to GPU1 in my XPS15 (see graph at bottom). I assume it's switching between the GTX 1650 and iGPU for battery. It switches back and forth every few seconds while on desktop.

I did a fresh windows install and I am not seeing intel GPU drivers from windows update. I tried the one on the intel website but it said it doesn't apply to my computer.
