Dell XPS will not turn on
XPS 13 9310 2-in-1
Hello,
At first it said that it had no service tag, so I input it. Then I restarted my Dell XPS and now it won't turn on. The light is blinking amber twice and white three times. I searched online and it said that pattern meant that there is no memory/ram detected. How can I fix this?

On this model, the RAM is soldered onto the system board -- the mainboard needs to be replaced.
