What wifi/BT card do you have installed and is your wifi conection ok?

Thanks for the reply.

I have a Killer 1535 wifi card. My wifi signal is fine, everything else runs smooth. Don't think signal is really the issue though, the problem is my laptop no longer recognises having a bluetooth device at all.

Unfortunately I never solved it and Dell provided zero help. I just moved to mac and have been happy since. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Have you solved this problem finally that days?
I do have this problem since I bought the laptop, but hadn't a chance to return it to Dell. Is it possible to solve? I mean, even my other laptop which is cheap and 15 years old has no problem with other devices and even connects with headphones, but expensive laptop from Dell is not able to do this!
