I saw your post about audio issues as well. Try to consolidate posts next time around. If the laptop is still within the return period, return it. You can even try to get Dell to take it back after the return periods (sometimes they agree). If you want to do some troubleshooting, what BIOS revision is the laptop on? Have you ran BIOS and/or SupportAssist diagnostics?
Sorry for the late reply, the problems haven't been as persistent since I posted, but then again, I haven't really played games since. I've checked and I actually don't have anything updated in the drivers menu, including the BIOS. Should I update everything?
