Error Code: 2000-0511

Question

so i got Error Code: 2000-0511, Validation Code: 93234  i try update the bios and i full check the pc with dell support but seems worthless i still can hear the fan working but with low speed and sound  is it dust ? and can i clean it without any problems myself?

Open the system and check for dust accumulation. If the fan is dusty, try cleaning it.

Otherwise, replace the fan.
