Flickering Screen, Grey, Black Bars

I have a new XPS 17 9710

11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-11980HK @ 2.60GHz 3.30 GHz

32.0 GB

On startup the screen has started flickering as the images below show.  It's started quite randomly today, it seems if I hold down the top right button for 20 seconds the screen then starts working normally.

The screen appears fine if I start and enter the bios as well so is only happening when Windows starts.

Any suggestions or help appreciated, it's only about 1 month old and has been fine up until now.
