GeForce GTX 1650 Ti GPU Acceleration
When using Wondershare UniConverter to convert a video to 3840x2160 (4K), GPU Acceleration does not activate. This is clearly observed in Task Manager. However, if I convert the same video to 1920x1080 (or below), GPU Acceleration is enabled. I tested this and it appears to be an issue with resolution and not video format, i.e., MP4, MKV, AVI, etc. Wondershare Technical Support tells me that this is a limitation with the GeForce GTX 1650 Ti. This is sort of a big deal in that with GPU Acceleration enabled, conversion times are very fast. Disabled, conversion defaults to the Intel UHD graphics hardware and conversion times are very long. I am not sure if this is a software issue or in fact it is a hardware limitation with the 1650. A couple more thoughts, purchasing the "Creator Edition" with the optional 4K Ultra HD+ (3840 x 2400) display, I find it odd that the Intel UHD default graphics can convert up to 3840x2160 (4K) but the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Ti can’t according to Wondershare.

What model computer and operating system? How is this a Dell computer problem? Try Wondershare Support or Nvidia Support. That card is for desktops and this is the laptop forum.

Hi Mary:
I think you’re confused. This is the XPS laptop community. This video card is for the XPS 15 9500. As I’ve indicated in my post, I’ve been speaking with Wondershare and I did reach out to Nvidia. Thanks again anyway.
