Google Chrome Gesture Issue - Can't Swipe Back

Question

I just got a Dell XPS 15 and I've already noticed a few weird issues. The one I'm concerned with right now is I appear to be unable to swipe back to a previous page in Chrome. I know the gestures are enabled and that they work because I've already tried them in edge. To finger scrolling works fine in Chrome, but for the life of me I can't go back a page. I restarted the computer, made sure the drivers were up to date, reinstalled Chrome, and even tried the beta version of Chrome. I still can't swipe back.    What can I do?

This was posted in the Google Chrome forum. It may help. Try toggling hardware acceleration: Go to Chrome Menu > Click Settings > Click Show Advanced Settings > Under 'System' uncheck/check Use hardware acceleration when available > Restart Chrome.
