The system uses hybrid video, so the integrated GPU does handle all video, even if it's processed by the nVidia GPU.
Best place to start is by removing ALL video drivers. Reboot and install the Dell Intel GPU driver. Then reinstall the nVidia driver (from Dell - not nVidia).
If that doesn't restore the function of the GPU, chances are it's failing -- which will require a replacement system board.
After that, I booted into Safe Mode and used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU):
Selected “Clean and restart” → NVIDIA
Selected “Clean and restart” → Intel
Reinstallation steps (in this order): 1️⃣ Installed Intel UHD Graphics 630 Driver (from Dell official package) 2️⃣ Installed NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Driver (v496.49 A09) – Dell Support version 3️⃣ Restarted the system
Current status:
The NVIDIA driver installs successfully (no error during setup).
However, in Device Manager, the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 still shows a ⚠️ warning triangle with Error Code 43.
The Intel UHD 630 works normally, but the NVIDIA GPU remains disabled.

Hi @ejn63,
I followed the exact steps you suggested earlier:
Uninstallation steps:
1️⃣ Uninstalled NVIDIA Graphics Driver 496.49
2️⃣ Uninstalled NVIDIA PhysX System Software 9.21.0713
3️⃣ Uninstalled Intel(R) Arc Software & Drivers
After that, I booted into Safe Mode and used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU):
Selected “Clean and restart” → NVIDIA
Selected “Clean and restart” → Intel
Reinstallation steps (in this order):
1️⃣ Installed Intel UHD Graphics 630 Driver (from Dell official package)
2️⃣ Installed NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Driver (v496.49 A09) – Dell Support version
3️⃣ Restarted the system

NVIDIA Control Panel fails to open.
