Intel Retro Scaling not available

Hello,

Intel Retro Scaling (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057030/graphics.html) is not available on XPS 17 9710. 

My machine meets the requirements:

 

i7 -11800H

Intel® Graphics Driver version 30.0.100.9955

Intel® Graphics Command Center version 1.100.3407.0

Windows® 10 version 21H1

 

I have no Retro Scaling options under Global Settings.

 

I already contacted Intel about this but no conclusion and they advised me to contact Dell.

There are other XPS 17 users who made the same experience.

In the reddit thread you can see that this feature was available in the past on the XPS 17 9710 but has disappeared at some point.

 

Can you please investigate why it is not available anymore?

Can other XPS users report if they have this feature available or not?
