Well first of all i do not like the tone of this message, it is kinda rude... Secondly, as i wrote it before i did contacted and i cannot afford the send it back. So if you going to offer me some sort of solution to my problem pls do it. I already send it to DELL Turkey service and they checked there are no hardware problem on the computer...

That error does not have anything to do with Intel driver. See this

unexpected shutdown "event id=6008" - Microsoft Community

You bought a used computer on Amazon Marketplace from a private seller. That model is from 2019 and would not have any warranty. Dell does not sell computers on Amazon. Complain about the seller at Amazon.

First of all regardless of where the machine was purchased from you can transfer the ownership to a country you are located in (takes 2 weeks most) and the transfer is than locked for 6 months. Second you spent entire time of your warranty troubleshooting with different version of intel Drivers.

Brother life is too short to waste in troubleshooting. Factory RESET your machine using a USB Drive. Do not use stock image or Windows reset feature. From F12 > SupportAssist OS recovery > RESET > RESET and update (internet connection is required)

I hardly think intel HD graphic driver causes Event ID 6008 and it was a hardware issue from the beginning, may be a older version of Driver reduced the onboard GPU util and reduced the problem. No do not send it back it it costs that much.

1. RESET to factory (RESET and update)

2. Transfer the ownership (   https://www.dell.com/support/assets-transfer/en-us )
