international transfer
Hi, Dell
I purchased the XPS 9570 from a company called DealTrinmania through Ebay on March 15, 2019, and there was a problem in the process of transferring ownership.
I asked Dell Korea to solve the problem, but I was told to delete the phrase "Exchange Pending Tag pending replacement by ?? on CRA".
What should I do?

There is no reason to transfer ownership since you purchased a used 2 year old computer from a third party through the Ebay marketplace. You don't have to be listed as the owner of a computer to get drivers from Dell. Just use the model name and number. Free support is available from Dell Forums. Transfers of ownership are only useful if there is a warranty that can be transferred on a computer purchased from Dell.
