Issues with Google Chrome/Taskbar?

Hey all, I have an XPS 13 Plus and lately I've been having issues regarding Google Chrome and the taskbar. Now, I'm not sure if this is a problem regarding Windows 11, Google Chrome, or the computer itself, but here's what's been happening lately: - Taskbar freezes and is momentarily inaccessible unless you alt + tab. - Tabs are momentarily unswitchable unless you use the ctrl shortcuts. - When clicking the back arrow, the tab goes back but adds a new tab for it. - Apps such as Discord momentarily freeze and you can only scroll through lists. - Auto-scroll sometimes activates when clicking the touchpad. - Highlighted text sometimes gets stuck and moves with the mouse cursor. All of these issues occur at the same time and they usually go away within a few minutes. The computer is up to date. Any help is appreciated.

If you lock the computer and sign back in, it fixes the problem for a bit. It's still pretty annoying, though.
