@Chino de Oro​ Yes and I spent 90 minutes with Dell support tonight and still don't have a resolution, nor a diagnosis. So, looking for responses anywhere I can get them.

Working intermittently is a hardware issue.  The ultimate solution is contact warranty support to have the issue resolved with repair/replacement under warranty.
