Keyboard Part Number
Hello,
Can someone tell me the part number for a replacement keyboard for a XPS 15 L502x please?
Is there a webpage where I can find part numbers of other parts?

Thanks for the suggestion.
I took a look and the trouble is they list a lot of keyboards which could be the one and it is unable to confirm the right part with my service tag as the laptop is quite old so I suspect this could be why...

If you're looking for an exact replacement, use the part number on the bottom of the keyboard. Otherwise, call or chat with them - they know Dell parts inside out and will assist you in purchasing the correct hardware.

If you have a service tag number you can sign into the Dell web site and enter that into the Dell search and your computer should come up. If you click on Original Configuration you should see your entire original setup. You can also down load the enter list as a CSV file for your records.
