KM7120W keyboard doesn't support [function+left/right arrow] combo for home/end cursor functionality

On my XPS laptop, function+left arrow moves the cursor to the beginning of the line, and function+right arrow moves the cursor to the end of the line. I use this a lot and it's standard keyboard functionality. I'm glad my laptop supports it.

I bought the KM7120W because the keyboard layout is nearly identical to my laptop's key layout, and I didn't want to have to learn two sets of muscle memory - one for the laptop keyboard and one for my external keyboard. This has mostly worked great, but there's one exception:

The function+left/right arrow key functionality is not supported on the keyboard. What it does instead is just move the cursor one character to the left or right, as if the function key is not pressed.

I've tried updating the Dell Peripheral Manager application to the latest version and looking for options there to configure this functionality or update the keyboard's drivers. I haven't found a solution on my computer or online.

All the other function key combos work fine as far as I've noticed. This is the only one I'm having an issue with.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Any help is appreciated!
