Latest Dell TPM 2.0 firmware update for XPS 7590
I'm a little confused with this recent update dated 20-01-2024 in the downloads section.
The download is applicable to Win10 64bit but apparently not for Win11 when checking the supplied documentation. Is this an oversight by Dell or is the update not actually compatible win system running Win 11?

To get drivers updates for Win 11, go here https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/xps-15-7590-laptop/drivers. See screenshot below.
Then you will find the BIOS updates 1.25.0 here https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=r5vgf&oscode=w2021&productcode=xps-15-7590-laptop
BIOS update is firmware for motherboard. It was not designed specifically for Win 10 or Win 11.

Was this thread's topic changed from BIOS to TPM or I misread and provided incorrect firmware?
This is the TPM (BIOS) firmware for XPS 7590 https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=419wn&oscode=wt64a&productcode=xps-15-7590-laptop
The same as BIOS firmware, a TPM firmware is dictated by the hardware TPM chip onboard, not by the OS. The reason that it was not listed for Win 11 because TPM 2.0 is a requirement part of Win 11 whereas it's an option on Win 10 machines which may or may not have TPM.
