Memory could not be read issue before restart or shutdown

Hello, recently am getting the following msg before restart or turning off my laptop, dell xps15 9500,

The instruction at 0x0000000066868A38 referenced memory at
0x0000000000000000. The memory could not be read,
Click on OK to terminate the program

also attached is a screenshot, how can i solve this?

If the error is always the same (coming from iCloud for Windows), make sure you're up to date with the latest version. If the error continues, you may want to check with Apple support -- unless the issue occurs with other programs, it's likely an issue with iCloud for Windows.
