Mousepad freeze / stutter followed by BSOD [ DELL XPS 15 - 7590 ][ HELP ]
ISSUE:
My laptop's mouse freezes followed by a BSOD ( Blue Screen Of Death ).
The frequency of this issue is very often. Every time when i switch on th laptop i face it atleast thrice or more.
Dell support has factory reset my laptop remotely. Removed few drivers and nothing helps.
QUESTION :
- Do any of you face this same issue ?
- Is this a XPS issue or a WIN 10 issue ?
- Can someone please provide a solution in this ?
