My internal display is not working
Suddenly my internal display stopped working. Connecting to external display all is good. When I go into the bios the internal display shows picture but randomly flickers and unusable. I have a video I can post. Any thoughts how to fix this?

It is very possibly a bad LCD screen and/or cable. And if the external works fine then you can rile out a GPU problem. Restart the system and at the Dell splash screen start tapping F12. Run system diagnostics paying attention to the LCD results. More than likely you will have to replace the screen and cable.
