Need some help identifying missing drivers (XPS 15 9570)

Hi. I recently had to wipe my hard drive after a glitch and reinstall Win 10 Home fresh on my XPS 15 9570. I'm up and running. Things look good so far, but when I go to Device Manager I see that the "Other Devices" category is open and there are a bunch of unidentified devices with question marks next to them. I was wondering if they're all linked such that a single driver package would take care of them, or if I need to locate and individually install each and every one of them. If so, what are they? What drivers am I looking for? Some help would be appreciated from this great community! Thank you.

P.S. I have already downloaded the complete drive bundle from the Dell website, 1GB of it, but I don't want to install everything obviously.

UPDATE: I discovered that those three items are associated with my Galaxy S20. I removed the phone from Bluetooth Devices and they disappeared. I paired the phone again and they came back. Imma not gonna worry about it. Thank you for your help. Truly appreciated.

Generally those are in the chipset drivers on the 9570 support page. That can be found here. And this page has the order in which to install drivers. You can omit files such as certain Dell software files if you wish such as Dell help and support or SA.

UPDATE: I extracted the contents of the complete driver package cab file into a folder. I was able to then install the drives for some of those devices by pointing them to that folder. But a few things still remain. They are: "Bluetooth Peripheral Device," "IcService_New," and "SMS/MMS."

Try this driver page. I believe they are all related to Bluetooth and require the driver on the driver page.

Thank you, @JOcean. Unfortunately, the Killer Package didn't have any drivers for those last three stragglers: Bluetooth Peripheral Device, IcService_New, and SMS/MMS.

Those three elements are linked to my Galaxy S20, I learned. They vanished once I deleted the phone from Bluetooth Devices. They returned when I re-paired the phone. I'm not going to be concerned about it. Thank you for your assistance. Thank you very much.
