New XPS 9520 battery problem

Question

I received my new XPS 9520 on 4/8 and was thrilled....spent the day transferring my setup/work from my old xps 15 and then on 4/9 I got a triangle/exclamation mark on my battery and it would not charge....spent an hour on the phone with support to no avail. It has been returned...waiting on refund and have ordered a replacement. Just wondering if anyone else has had similar problems with the 9520?

I am KoreanWhen I called the customer center, they answered that they would give me a new charger the next day.I got a new charger now and am using it well.
