No effect when clicking on Sleep
I've just purchased an XPS15 with TB16 dock, and one of the first things that I did was to disable hibernation. The fact is, Sleep in the power menu doesn't produce any effect when clicked and the XPS never goes to sleep. I checked everything that should be checked in a case like this and followed all possible reccomendations I found on the Internet.
Any suggestion, please?

Thanks for posting. Apologies that your system is not performing as expected.
Does the system work correctly without the TB15 dock attached? If so, then there might be an issue with the dock.
