First, can you get the broken nib out of the Pen by pulling on it?

You might check for a Bamboo nib kit ACK42416.  I purchased this some time ago so it may no longer be available but possibly a replacement kit is.

If you can't get the broken nib out, you will have to unscrew the tip of the pen.  When you take the nib out, make note of how the inserted end looks so you can put it back correctly.

Have you checked the Dell site for a troubleshooter regarding the PEN?

dell is a disaster to try to get anyone who can answer a simple question like this.  I will NEVER buy from them again-- literally can get more help from a big box store. Really disappointed in the service that dell offers, rather doesn't offer.  I even purchased a 4yr protection plan.  What a joke.

Thank you though.  I can get the nib out.  I will try that kit. Thanks again.

Did your Pen come with a replacement nib, make sure and check the box.  I think I remember mine having one but I don't see one now.  It also had the little tool that looks like ring to remove it.

I didn't see that but it appears those bamboo replacement nibs work. THANK YOU again.
