Potential Hardware Issues but support is useless
XPS 15 9530
I have an XP 15 9530 and get frequent BSOD and reliability monitor suggests hardware failures. Support was of no help, diagnostics say hardware passes tests. They have closed my ticket even though I am still having issues. Lightroom crashes, photo uploads crash the computer, I sometimes cannot wake up the screen and have to restart. It's often slower than it should be. It is 10 months old and I wish I could return it. After hours talking to support, Dell's solution was to turn off my computer every night. I don't want to reengage with support but this computer is unreliable and I lack the knowledge to fix it myself.

Run a full system diagnostic -- F12 a few times at powerup. If there are any errors, record both the error (2000-0551, etc.) and the validation code and contact Dell support for a warranty repair.
Otherwise, it sounds like you have a software or driver issue that isn't covered by warranty (neither does the warranty cover the other evident issue, buyer's remorse).
