Power manager wishlist

I am a bit sensitive to how my laptop is making noise by cooling during scrolling facebook. The Power manager works pretty well (except when docked to noisy TB16) when set to Silent in Cooling management (not really sure how it is named, I have it in czech). But when I work in CAD, I need more power and I have to switch from Silent to Optimized or even Extra Power.

It would be great to implement a function in Power Manager where I could manage that automatically, e.g. when I start SolidWorks or Rhino, I could set (put in a list) in the Power Management app to switch from silent to Optimized or Extra Power without going to manually switch.

What do you think guys from Dell?
