Request for Replacement under Warranty

Dear Dell Customer Support Team,
I am writing to you regarding my recently purchased Dell laptop which is still under warranty. I have been experiencing several issues with the laptop and would like to request a replacement under warranty.
The issues I am facing include heating problems that have melted the rubber strips under the laptop, speaker audio going in and out, and the microphone not working altogether. Additionally, I have been encountering random blue screens, slow loading, and my browsers are no longer working properly. Please note that the many of these problems(especially involving audio) have existed since I purchased this computer.
I have contacted Dell Support to troubleshoot these issues, but none of the solutions appeared to work. I am a student, and my laptop is essential for my studies. These issues have been creating a lot of problems for me, and I cannot afford to have a malfunctioning laptop.

If your laptop is over 30 days old then it is past the replacement window. The only way Dell may replace the unit is if it is repaired 3 times for the same issue. But at this point you will have to contact Dell tech support for further repairs.
