SupportAssist hardware scan error

Hi all,

I have a XPS 9510. Recently I had to reinstall Windows 10 from scratch, because of BSOD. Other Dell solutions didn't work. Now my XPS is working fine again, I already installed Windows 11, but I still have an issue with SupportAssist. It runs all tests except the manual hardware scan. It only shows an error, but no detailed information.

Support Assist 3.11.4.29
BIOS 1.10.1
All Windows 11 updates are also installed.

Anyone an idea how to solve this issue?

Kind regards, from the Netherlands, Wilco

Dell Support tells me this will be fixed with update (SA 3.12.x) which is to be expected sometime around the end of October.
