SupportAssist v. 3.10.4 - Problems with software's interface

Hi all!
I have a problem with the interface of the software SupportAssist v. 3.10.4.
In practice it is as if the interface no longer had CSS...
I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times but the problem remains.
My operating system is windows 10 updated to the latest version of the updates...
