I don't really understand what you're trying to do, as Bitlocker does not prevent you from copying files to another drive, assuming that you are signed into Windows. If you're not signed in and don't have account access, that's a different issue.
I'm also somewhat confused, because Windows 10 Home doesn't include Bitlocker.
To disable Bitlocker and decrypt the drive, follow these steps from How-To Geek. There are also articles from Microsoft that explain how to do it.
