USB C -Keeps failing DELL XPS 9310

Hi All,

I'm in Windows 11, and I'm using a dell USB Hub does not recognize my midi Keyboard Launch key mini mk3. This device works perfectly in my Chromebook, but fails to recognize anything is plugged in. I can use any other USB hubs other than dells since every time i use Google's USB-C hub then it crashes the computer? Also, when i plug in the DELL Xps 13 USB hub that came in the box it fails to recognize my device. I dont actually see any USB attachment in my settings. It was working fine until i did a windows update i think this is what killed and i tried to redo the Windows update but that did not do anything, unfortunately. Any help would be appreciated..
